One Incredible Eyesight Exercise To Enhance Your Eyesight
Friday, October 9th, 2009There was an intriguingstudy done 10 yearsor so ago that found the general populationwere more being blind as a bat than being earless or dumb. The cause is easy: Human beingsare visual individuals.
We rely on vision more than we do on any other five senses. The chances of dying in the bush if you’re unable to seeis far greater than if you lost any other senses. Sight, in other words, is vitalfor human survival.
Although could notexactly be testified, I had theorized that this is the reasons we haveevolved to be able to controlour sight but notany other senses. We could squint, stare, peer, wink… we may freely close our eye lid (something many other creatures cannot do), we could control how slow we blink and we could cease to blink!
In terms of survival, the capacity to control our eyes is vital. Thoughsimilar to any other ability, the control of our eyes could be abused. In fact, almost all people do exactly this in modern life.
We resist to stop even when our eyes are exhaused. We stare and resist to blink frequently. Perform enough of this and we utlimately form bad vision routine - causing degeneration of our eyesight.
Thus to naturally improve eyesight, your sense of vision had to revert to the way it was - a considerably unconscious process. But once acquired, habits are hard to reset. In this article, I will explain to you an eye exercise you could do. Perform it enough times and you’ll replace your inferior vision habits with a finer one.
The eye exercise is called palming. All you do is close your eyes and place your palms on top of your shutted eyes. When you palm, imagine you are in a comfortable environment.
When you relax, your eyes relax. When your eyes relax, it acts the way it should. And when that happens, you regain perfect vision. But of course, palming isn’t a silver bullet. Because your eye muscles are chronically strained, it will need weeks and even months of palming to see any vision improvement.
